Job Description

Overview: As an Executive in HR Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various human resources functions to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations. You will play a critical role in supporting the HR team and facilitating the delivery of HR services to employees, managers, and stakeholders across the organization.


  1. HR Administration: Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and record-keeping. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  2. Employee Lifecycle Management: Coordinate the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, transfers, promotions, and separations. Liaise with hiring managers and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions and ensure a positive employee experience.
  3. HRIS Management: Maintain and update the HR information system (HRIS) with accurate employee data, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations. Generate reports and analytics to support HR decision-making and strategic planning.
  4. Benefits Administration: Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Coordinate with benefits providers and vendors to administer benefit programs and resolve issues as needed.
  5. Payroll Support: Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions. Verify time and attendance records, address payroll inquiries, and troubleshoot payroll discrepancies as necessary.
  6. Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay up-to-date on changes in employment legislation and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
  7. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  8. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience. Recommend and implement process improvements and automation solutions to optimize HR operations.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or a related HR role. Previous experience with HRIS systems and payroll administration preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with payroll processing and HR analytics tools.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Familiarity with benefits administration, payroll processing, and HR best practices.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and propose solutions to address HR-related challenges.
